The 2022 CU Innovation and Efficiency program recently kicked off with an updated website and submission form, as well as a somewhat condensed timeline. This year’s submission period will end March 31, after which we’ll begin the difficult process of selecting semi-finalists, and ultimately our five winners.
The ICSC Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2022 Roslyn and Elliot Jaffe Retail Entrepreneur Scholarship. Championing entrepreneurship and innovation in the marketplaces industry, this scholarship is for an undergraduate or graduate student passionate about launching a new retail concept, product, idea or pre-seed stage company (either brick and mortar or online).
The New Venture Championship’s venture competition is designed to mimic the real-world process of raising venture capital. The competition is intended to enable students to gain real experience in this process while developing and growing new ventures based either on their own ideas and technologies or those developed by others.
President’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Awards honor individuals and units who have demonstrated outstanding commitment and made significant contributions to advancing DEI within the CU community. As many as four awards, which include $2,000 and a commemorative plaque, may be given each year.
The U.S. Bank Foundation Cleantech Inclusion Award is a grant awarded to entrepreneurs who are female and/or people of color and who are building innovative companies that benefit the environment, create jobs, and drive economic development.
