Bio: Jie is a Postdoctoral Researcher with Strand 1 whose research centers around Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Before joining iSAT, Jie obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Utah’s School of Computing. His past research includes investigating appropriate inductive biases for linguistic structured predictions, e.g., parsing meaning representations, observing psychotherapy interviews, and tracking task-oriented dialogues.
