Research Interests:

Generally, I am interested in developing statistical methods for various genetic data analysis. Currently, I am working on finding the evidence, measuring the strength, and determining the structures of assortative mating by using polygenic risk score and haplotype phased information. I am also interested in structural equation model to estimate the relation of genetic, environmental factors, and phenotype.
