Student Affairs supports and contributes to creating and sustaining a diverse, multicultural, socially just and inclusive campus climate by learning about, recognizing and honoring the diverse backgrounds, histories, identities and life experiences of all our students, faculty and staff. DACA/ASSET Resources

The university offers a variety of resources for undocumented, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Advancing Students for a Stronger Economy Tomorrow (ASSET) students, staff, and faculty. Resources include: academic advising, financial support, counseling support, legal assistance, UndocuAlly training, and more

Black Lives Matter

Resources provided by the Center for Inclusion and Social Change, including but not limited to: health and wellness, audio and video, social media, empowerment, activism, and reading.

McNairs Scholars Program

The McNair Scholars Program is a federal TRIO program designed to prepare undergraduate students for doctoral studies through involvement in research and other scholarly activities. McNair participants are either first-generation college students with financial need, or members of a group that is traditionally underrepresented in graduate education and have demonstrated strong academic potential.

CU Dialogues Program

The CU Dialogues Program, housed under CU Engage: The Center for Community-Based Learning and Research within the School of Education, engages diverse audiences of the CU Boulder community in open conversation on difficult topics and across differences of all kinds. Training programs to become a dialogue facilitator are also available.
