The strength and quality of the Honors RAP community is perhaps its greatest asset
and the most influential part of the Honors RAP experience for students.
Our students are the core of Honors RAP, its main concern, and the primary reason for its success. They are not only among the top students at CU academically, through student leadership and the flock structure they shape the Honors RAP program according to their needs, talents, and bright ideas.
“HRAP has been my home away from home, a place where everyone knows my name, and a community I have helped shape, one built on a love of life and learning.”
-Jennie Sims, Honors RAP student leader 2009-2012
To enrich our students’ college and residential academic lives, Honors RAP sponsors weekly events including flock meetings, symposia, and special events. Beyond campus, Honors RAP students engage in activities like trips to museums, amusement parks, cultural performances, sporting events, and the great Colorado outdoors.
We invite you to check out what Honors RAP students are up to in The Smithsonian (the Honors RAP newsletter).
