Employee Relations Consultant and Leave Program Manager

Taylor has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2017. She has spent time in the HR Service Center, as one of the Leave Coordinators on the Central HR FMLA and Leave team, and now works as an Employee Relations Consultant. Her educational background includes:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business and a Minor in Ethnic Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, 2016
  • While receiving her BS at Leeds, she focused her studies in the areas of Human Resources and Operations Management

Taylor especially loves working in HR in the higher education setting and enjoys navigating the complex structure of the university to help employees succeed in their roles and be proud of where they work.
