Brief Summary of Professional History:  I co-facilitated a psychoeducational group with The Reentry Initiative last year, focusing on Shame Resilience, as well as supported clients through individual therapy. As an undergraduate intern, I led a psychoeducational support group for women experiencing or escaping domestic violence. I have been an advocate for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence through agencies and university groups. It has been a privilege to see how using GYROTONIC® Method can increase a person’s capacity to tolerate the unfamiliar and expand into ease.

Brief Personal Information: I moved to Colorado from the Pacific Northwest 3½ years ago and have been amazed by the natural beauty this state has to offer. I enjoy going on long drives in the mountains, dancing with friends, and spending time with 4-legged creatures. Currently, I’m starting my final year in a graduate counseling program and am excited by all there is to learn from the FSAP team.
