Laura has worked in the field of Human Resources for more than 20 years. Laura is a Senior Human Resources professional who has been successful building human resources and business teams and creating talent management programs and services that enable individuals and teams to succeed. She has supported individuals and teams in technology, financial services, insurance, manufacturing/consumer packaged goods, hospitality and non-profit organizations for over 20 years.
Laura holds an MBA with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Health Education from San Diego State University. Laura is designated as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from Human Resources Certification Institute and as a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management. Laura is also designated as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute.
