Change management is the people side of any organizational change—whether you’re fixing problems, responding to trends, or taking advantage of new opportunities. It focuses on the processes, tools, and techniques used to ensure that your whole team embraces your new direction or adopts and learns to use your new systems and approaches.

Change Management Practitioner Program

Enjoy hands-on learning in this immersive three-day experience, applying holistic change management methodologies and tools to one of your team’s real-world projects.

Workshop Objectives

During this three-day experiential session, you and your team will apply the Prosci change methodology and the ADKAR Model to one of your team’s active projects. You will leave with the tools, know-how, and support you need to consistently drive successful change going forward. 

You will benefit from three full days among like-minded change leaders—from individual practitioners and project managers to IT professionals and improvement specialists. You will not only gain the knowledge and one-to-one feedback of our Campus’s Certified Prosci Instructors, you and your peers will also share challenges, solutions and insights, for a truly collaborative approach to change management.

Who Should Attend: This three-day workshop is appropriate for teams of 3-5 tasked with delivering a project that will require impacted individuals to approach their work differently.

Cost: $1275 per participant (The course fee includes two books on change management, hard and electronic copies of course slides, access to Prosci’s change management templates & tools)

Leading Your Team Through Change 

Prosci Change Management for Managers provides managers and supervisors with tools and skills to understand change theory, facilitate change processes, and successfully lead teams through change. This workshop is critical for managers whose departments are planning change or in the process of change. Participants receive a comprehensive toolkit and materials. 

After completing the workshop, learners will be able to:

  • Apply tools to effectively lead others through the process of change management.
  • Evaluate changes that are happening in their departments and understand the impact the changes will have on them and their teams.
  • Use the Prosci ADKAR® Model to create action plans to lead their teams through current and future changes.
  • Identify their role as a manager in leading their teams through change.
  • Fulfill the five critical change leadership roles: communicators, liaisons, advocates, resistance managers and coaches.

Why Attend? Managers play a significant role in any successful change because they are the closest to the people being impacted. If your organization is planning a change or is in the process of change, this program will increase your ability to effectively lead change. You will gain understanding of how to coach your people through a change process and the concepts of change management.
