Since 1987 the University Perspective Program has enhanced the knowledge base of the University of Colorado staff. With over 540 graduates, the University Perspective Program engages participants with campus and university leaders to provide an in-depth understanding of inner workings of the University. The program is sponsored by Organizational and Employee Development (OED) in the Department of Human Resources. Applications are being accepted for the 2018-2019 program. The University Perspective Program is an eight-month program that runs from September 2018 through April 2019.
Interested employees must submit a complete application packet to Human Resources. Applications are accepted via email only.
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Strong consideration will be given to emerging or current leaders at all levels of the organization who are professionally ready for a deeper immersion into the inner workings of the University
Applications will be reviewed by the appropriate Vice Chancellors office. Final selections are made by the applicant’s Division leadership. The program manager will notify selected applicants in August.
