Sherri Sheu is an environmental historian whose work has received funding from the Smithsonian Institution, the Denver Public Library, the American Society for Environmental History, the Newberry Library, and the Institute for Citizens & Scholars, among others. Sheu's dissertation examines the National Park Service's varied responses to the social movements of the long 1960s. 

Sheu currently serves as a Councilor, At Large for the American Historical Association and previously served as the Graduate Caucus president of the American Society for Environmental History.
