All CAPS Workshops will run through the week of April 30 - May 4 and will start again in the fall.

Our educational workshops are designed to provide valuable information and insight to students on a variety of topics. They are a great option to address a variety of needs.

All workshops are free and confidential. Students do not need to be a CAPS client or complete CAPS paperwork to attend.

CAPS Workshops are psychoeducational in nature and they are not psychotherapy. In the provision of these services, the provider is acting as an educator. The provider is not acting in the capacity of a therapist to the student participants, and the students are not considered clients (or patients) of the provider. These services are strictly for the purpose of providing psychoeducational support.
