Visit us in the Village Center!

When you’re sick or need to talk to someone, even a Buff Bus ride to central campus can feel like a lot. Students can now access integrated health care services in Williams Village at our new
Health and Counseling Clinic at Village Center!

Open to all CU students, the Health and Counseling Clinic (HCC), offers an especially convenient healthcare option for those in Williams Village, Bear Creek Apartments, and nearby off-campus housing.

Staff from Wardenburg Health Services’ Medical Clinic and Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) departments will be available at the HCC to help students with minor illnesses, injuries, and to provide confidential counseling. The Apothecary pharmacy at Wardenburg will also offer prescription pick-up at the HCC; instructions for setting this up are below.

Insurance & Billing

Students with Gold and Campus Care
For coverage information visit Student Gold Health Insurance or the Campus Care supplemental plan webpages. Coverage for your specific plan is the same for the HCC location.

Students with third-party insurance:
For students who do not have either of the university plans, visits are comparable to those of similar services in the community and are billed directly to the student. Costs vary based on the type and severity of the visit.

Wardenburg Health Services is typically an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans so we encourage students to contact their insurance provider to find out if they will cover visits to Wardenburg.
