Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Inc. is a Latino-based, multicultural accepting social fraternity. The organization was founded on April 4, 1986. at the University of Iowa and was based upon the pillars of brotherhood, community service, cultural awareness and scholarship. The Lambda Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta was established on the University of Colorado Boulder campus on April 14, 1991. Since then, Sigma Lambda Beta has crossed 84 brothers and has made a big impact on campus and around the Boulder area. The Lambda chapter has held numerous community events throughout the year including Día De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in November and a women of color appreciation dinner in March. They have been in all parts of Boulder and it’s surrounding neighborhoods helping prospective students and families find a place on our campus, both academically and socially.

Not only is the Lambda Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta making an impact now, they will continue to make an impact in the years to come.
