Jake is a 7th-year PhD candidate in the Department of Sociology from Buffalo, NY. His scope of academic research focuses on the political processes of urban development and its ability to impact public health through community-building and urban design. Jake currently serves as Chair of the Rules and Finance Committee and used to serve as GPSG Senator to the CUSG Legislative Council.
