Research Interests

I am trained in the communication of medical science through art. I am passionate about making detailed scientific information entertaining and exciting. As an animator and developer at the Interactive Geology Project, I craft videos and interactives to engage teens and children with geology. In my previous research, I tested the effects level of visual detail in 3D animation had on microbiome education among over 300 undergraduate students learning cell biology. Learn more about the Interactive Geology Project here. Read more about my research and see my portfolio on my website
