New Permit Purchases

To purchase a new staff parking permit, employees should contact Jennifer Salyers or Tanya Patzer. Jen or Tanya will help you begin the permit application process.

Adding a New Vehicle

Virtual permits are verified with License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology through CU Boulder enforcement. The license plates of the vehicle(s) permit holders plan to drive to campus must be registered with Parking Services. You may add a new vehicle/license plate by signing into your parking account or calling the Parking Services' Customer Service Specialists.

Cancelling Your Parking Permit

A faculty/staff virtual permit may be cancelled by completing and submitting the Cancel My Parking Permit form. If you cancel your permit, you can reapply for a permit any time; however, parking spaces may not be availble in the same lot when you reapply.

Placing Your Parking Permit on Hold

A faculty/staff virtual permit may be placed on hold by completing and submitting the Place My Parking Permit on Hold form.

Take My Parking Permit off Hold

A faculty/staff virtual permit, that was placed on hold, can be reinstated by completing and submitting the Take My Parking Permit off Hold form.

Other Parking Options

Off-peak, temporary, and short term permits are also options for staff. See the Parking Permits webpage for more information.
