The Geminid meteor shower is known for its dependability and builds this week reaching its peak on the night of Dec. 13-14 (Sunday evening until dawn Monday). Find a dark spot, make some cocoa, grab your bag, and enjoy the show with a friend!

A curious fun fact --- The source debris for this shower originates from asteroid 3200 Phaethon instead of a comet. The universe is full of fun twists.
