
Francisca Antman is Faculty Director, focusing on Faculty Mentoring and Development in the Office of Faculty Affairs. She is responsible for the ACUMent Across CU Mentoring Center, which provides opportunities for peer mentoring, one-on-one mentoring, and coaching to all CU faculty. She organized events for Faculty of Colors and oversees the faculty fellows who offer programs for building leaderships skills in faculty and who facilitate community building events.
Francisca is Professor in the Department of Economics, faculty affiliate in the Population Program at the CU Population Center, Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA), and Co-Director of the American Economic Association Mentoring Program. She earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Stanford University and B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
