FACULTY DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT

Donna M. Goldstein is the Faculty Director focusing on the Academic Leaders Institute (ALI) and Faculty Relations, in the Office of Faculty Affairs. The Academic Leaders Institute (ALI) provides various training and professional development opportunities for Chairs, Directors, Deans, and other interested faculty to build their leadership qualities and skills. She also provides orientation for campus leaders new to their positions to ensure their smooth transition to their incoming roles. Donna offers individual, confidential consultations for faculty and faculty leaders across campus to discuss their ongoing and current challenges in their positions. 

Donna is a Professor of Anthropology. She received her B.S. in Rural Sociology from Cornell University, Ed.M. in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. She has served as the Director of the Center to Advance Research and Teaching in the Social Sciences (CARTSS) and was one of the founding members of the Latin American and Latinx Studies Center (LALSC) at CU.
