Copies of the original paper reports are also available by the following means:

Instructor paper copy: A report was sent to each instructor at the end of each semester. This was included in your FCQ packet along with student forms.

Department paper copy: A report was sent to each department for their archives at the end of each semester. Please contact your department to request a copy of your report.

Archive paper copy: An archive copy was sent to a central repository for your campus at the end of each semester. For copies, contact the Academic Affairs office at 719-255-3700.

For results prior to fall 2006, go to the forms and reports page and follow the instructions under the "Requesting FCQ section reports from before fall 2006" heading.

Department Leads and Report Administrators

Batch reports (with student comments)

PDFs of all relevant reports are sent to department leads and administrators for review and archiving purposes. These are the same as the Campus Labs individual reports, but compiled for convenience. It is also faster and easier to work with the PDFs than with the Campus Labs reports interface.
