Ka Yong Kleiner is the Program Director for Communications, Outreach and Scholarly Impact at the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA), supporting the Faculty Data and Impact team and the Vice Provost and Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs. Her work focuses on amplifying the impact of our faculty’s accomplishments and work, as well as to support them throughout their career lifecycles. She brings over a decade of professional experience across various industries including local news media, financial services, e-commerce and higher education.

Originally from Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, Ka Yong graduated from Marquette University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Corporate Communication at CU Boulder. When not working or studying, she enjoys recipe-testing, reading, and taking long road-trips with her husband Zach and goldendoodle Rainier.
