Rylie is a PhD student from Parker, Colorado. She holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. She also works at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a mission design and navigation engineer. Her current research focuses on trajectory optimization under uncertainty.
