Anyone can champion for the faculty and staff engagement survey within their college, school, institute, department or team. This is a voluntary role, and critical to the success of the survey. As a champion, you can:
Take the survey yourself
Encourage your colleagues to take the survey
Talk about the survey in team meetings
Act as a resource for employees who have questions regarding the survey process
