Marlene is a local Coloradoan, born & raised in Denver but her higher education journey started in Albuquerque at the University of New Mexico where she received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Marlene worked in residence life for several years before moving to Boulder to launch the Design Your Path living learning community. As a former exploratory student herself, Marlene loves helping students find their way in their new home away from home.
When not on campus, you can find Marlene outside enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather, spending time with her chihuahua/schnauzer mix rescue dog or learning more about astrology.
