What is a Peer Advisor?
Peer Advisors are undergraduate students that are dedicated to primarily helping first-year students through their questions regarding registration, understanding different advising platforms, and basic course scheduling. We want to help you succeed throughout your time here at CU and are here to assist you in a smooth transition to college.

What Does a Peer Advisor Do?

  • Check students in for advising appointments
  • Assist students with scheduling questions
  • Host Student Success Workshops throughout the year (drafting, specializations, etc…)
  • Host scheduling workshops each semester
  • Available from 8-5 in the front office of the Advising Center for Excellence
