Manufactured home communities face many challenges. Maintenance of basic infrastructure (water, sewer, streets, lighting), lot rent increases, and park rules are among the issues of potential conflict between residents and park owners. All manufactured home communities are unique. Improving living conditions for residents may require different solutions for each park.

Join us for a half-day of speaker panels as we discuss options, successes and challenges for manufactured home parks transitioning to more sustainable and resident-represented communities.

Please register to attend the conference. Registration includes the entire program and refreshments and is free for students. This conference is sponsored by CU Boulder’s Community Engagement, Design and Research Center (CEDaR), City of Boulder Neighborhood Services, Colorado Coalition of Manufactured Home Owners and CU Boulder’s Program in Environmental Design.

CEDaR is also looking for volunteers helping us through the program. For more information, please contact sara.tabatabaie@colorado.edu.
