Apply for one of 20 internships available to junior and senior English majors with a GPA of 2.5 or higher for 3 academic credits. Internships are competitive and reward qualified, self-motivated students.

English interns are required to attend class meetings once a week. Class attendance is mandatory.

To register for the course, you must first do the following:

  1. Read the list of available internships and complete an internship application. Applications to participate in the English Internship program in Fall 2018 are due April 2, 2018.
  2. Mark your calendar to schedule an appointment during the week of March 19 - 23. Prior to being accepted to the internship course, applicants are required to meet and discuss interests and career goals with program coordinator Elizabeth Anderman.
