My name is Robert and I am an international student from Jamaica. I have lived a little over half my life throughout the US; I spent my adolescence between Atlanta, GA, and (mostly) Richmond, CA. After high school, I left for St. Paul, MN where I attended Macalester College and got my BA in astrophysics. I am passionate about cooking, science (materials, space, astronomy), and renewable energy. The latter is what brought me to Colorado; I am a prospective Masters of the Environment graduate student specializing in Renewable and Sustainable Energy. Throughout COVID 19 I was involved in various activism, policy, and DEI ventures in Minneapolis that I found extremely enriching. Though I am familiar with academic rigor and social activism, I am a rather calm person.
In my free time, listen to podcasts/audiobooks, take care of my plethora of plants, and generally act as a househusband. My background and interests are multifaceted and it is my goal to someday combine them into organized bins.
