About Linktree: Linktree is a way for people to create a list of links to various sites. The BOLD Staff use it to share links that might be useful to students. Each staff member has their own link tree.

Phil supports and works with the professional and student staff of the Engineering GoldShirt Program to achieve its purpose – to expand access to engineering and to support students’ success through community, academic support & access to resources. Phil works as a member of the BOLD Center staff to support the overall mission to increase access to CU Engineering, improve student retention and success, and create a more inclusive and supportive climate for diverse students in the College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Phil holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a M.A. in Higher Education from the University of Denver. Phil has spent his career working in K-12 and higher education and focused on learning about and addressing systemic inequities in college access and student success. Phil’s work reflects a special interest in how colleges and universities take responsibility for providing equitable and inclusive support for students from all backgrounds, especially those historically marginalized in society and 4-year universities, so that more students can achieve success and reach their goals.
