I joined the Aerospace Engineering Sciences academic advising neighborhood in July 2020 after earning my Bachelor’s degree from CU. Before attending CU for my undergraduate studies, I served in the US Navy for six years and deployed to the Middle East in 2013-2014. I am incredibly proud to be a Buff and am excited to help students achieve their full potential. I firmly believe that attending university is about much more than earning a degree and I look forward to helping every student get the most out of their time here in Boulder. I also have a strong commitment to helping underrepresented and non-traditional students and am an advocate for an equitable and inclusive climate with respect to race and ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, class/socioeconomic status, culture, religion, and geography.

In my free time, I enjoy watching soccer and hockey as well as traveling as much as possible. I love learning about and experiencing other cultures and, especially, trying traditional foods. I also love the outdoors and am always up for a new adventure; some of my favorite experiences so far have been hiking through Thórsmörk in Iceland, hiking across the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand, and whitewater rafting the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.
