Aloha! I’m Justin Thayer an Undergraduate Academic Advisor with Mechanical Engineering in the College of Engineering and Applied Science! I joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at CU Boulder at the start of the new decade - January 2020. Prior to this position I had the pleasure of working as a Program Coordinator & Academic Advisor with the International Studies program at the University of California San Diego. Previous to that, I worked as a STEM Coordinator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks with TRiO Student Support Services and the Biomedical Learning & Student Training Program (BLaST), as well as with Student-Athlete Academic Services at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. I attended the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa earning a M.Ed. in Educational Psychology and a B.S in Global Environmental Science (Oceanography).
