The Master of Engineering degree is an excellent way for engineers, scientists and technical professionals to make the move into leadership roles. Engineering management is a strategic alternative to an MBA, as we have engineers teaching engineers. As an EMP graduate, you’ll learn the valued skills of communication, managing teams and, most important, how to propose ideas and foster creative thought.

The core curriculum addresses the business basics of project management; finance and accounting; quality management; and leadership. Our specialty areas provide in-depth skills in areas such as leadership, project management, commercialization, quality sciences and research methods.

As an EMP graduate, you will be prepared to lead people and organizations, while responding to challenges in industry and in our world.
