
Victoria Rilett is a second-year Master's student pursuing a degree in Educational Foundations, Policy & Practice (EFPP). She is interested in how accountability policy and school improvement practices can be leveraged and adjusted to better promote equity within the K-12 education system.
Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan. She began her career in education as an elementary school leader of data, assessments, and special education at Success Academy-Harlem 4. She then transitioned to Success Academy's School Management Office, where she led network-wide student engagement and operations initiatives. Victoria currently works as a project manager for the Colorado Department of Education's School Improvement & Planning team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, dancing, and playing piano. As a first-generation college student, Victoria is passionate about helping others navigate higher education and looks forward to supporting prospective students as an Ambassador!
