Undergraduate Student Ambassador
Hi I’m Maia (she/her) and I am a sophomore in the Secondary Humanities program. I am studying English literature, creative writing, and political science to become a high school English teacher. I am a Colorado native and love to read, sing, eat tacos, play guitar, and write poems! I am proud to be a part of the School of Education because it is deeply committed to teaching for equity and justice and I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of a program that is preparing me for an ever-changing and diversifying world.
