Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Microeconomics

The Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in microeconomics to begin August 2020. Review of applications will begin on November 4, 2019 and continue until the position is filled.
Job duties include conducting research in microeconomics, teaching graduate and undergraduate students, and providing professional service to the department, university, and the economics profession.
The position requires a PhD in economics or PhD in a closely related discipline that fosters microeconomic research including but not limited to business, public policy, mathematics, or statistics. While ordinarily you should have completed all requirements for the PhD by August 2020, it is possible for you to have finished all but the dissertation to begin work as an instructor while completing the degree. A PhD is required for reappointment.
