Since 2010, Wells Fargo has partnered with RGS to promote water conservation. Our campaign, Water for the West, has helped restore over 11 million gallons to the Colorado River

Water is a precious resource and thanks to fans like you, Wells Fargo, and the Water for the West Program; CU Athletic Department has a net-zero water footprint.
You can help the Buffs reach net-zero this season by pledging to conserve water at home, work, and play. Take the free Water for the West pledge by texting "CUwater" to 27126. Each pledge the Buffs receive will offset 1000 gallons of their water use.
The average American uses about 2000 gallons of water a day and it's not just what comes out of the tap. 95% of it is hidden in the food we eat, energy we use, and the products we buy. In the West, our major source of fresh water is the not-so-deep Colorado River. Over 30 million people rely on the Colorado for food, water, recreation, energy, and work -- so much so that the Colorado doesn't even reach the sea anymore. YOU can help change this.
Be a Water Wise Buff. Take the #Water4West pledge (text "CUwater" to 27126) and start conserving water at home, work, and play. How? Check out the Natural Resources tab of the CU Buffs Green Living Guide for ways to start saving water today.
