Working Green at MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) |
The Working Green Committee at MIT seeks to educate campus members on how they can incorporate sustainable practices on campus. Their Rheaply program collects excess lab supplies and other materials to be reused on campus. |
Certified Wolfpack Green North Carolina State University |
This program at NC State offers sustainability certifications for events, workplaces, and student organizations on campus. The certification uses a point based system to evaluate sustainability on campus. Points can be earned in transportation, waste reduction, and inclusitivity. |
Green Labs University of California, Berkeley |
The Green Labs of Berkeley provides resources for labs to reduce their environmental impact in their research. The program also offers green lab certification for labs as well green department and green event certification. |

ASU has several programs addressing green practices on campus including energy conservation, zero waste, transportation, food reconnection, water conservation, and renewable energy. |

The Green Labs Program at UPenn offers a Green Lab Guide for Labs "daily, monthly and annual actions that can be done to consistently make labs on campus greener". Such actions include proper disposal of lab supplies, purchasing energy efficicent equipment, participating in the Freezer Challenge. |

Committed Labs at WashU "commit to make a reasonable effort to implement change in your lab space". These changes can include shutting fume hood sashes to conserve energy, proper waste disposal, and the purchasing of energy efficient equipment. |
