CU has the oldest and most respected sports sustainability and zero waste programs in the country. We need your help to make zero waste possible again at our final football game of the season.

Last week, CU Boulder's Environmental Center hosted the 4th annual President's Sustainable Solutions Challenge event where three proposals were presented on how to make the campus more sustainable.

Earth Week is here and it's time for all of us to come together and do our part to protect our planet. Whether you are on CU Boulder’s campus or not, there are numerous ways you can get involved and make a difference. Here are six ways you can participate in Earth Week.

The 30th annual Campus Sustainability Summit invites faculty, staff and students to share, learn and celebrate CU Boulder’s wide array of sustainability leadership and accomplishments and rise to the challenges and goals posed by the Campus Call to Climate Action.

Student projects featured in the Climate Action Expo will be eligible for $25,000 in cash prizes from the Mission Zero Fund at CU Boulder. Climate action expo is happening as part of the 30th Annual Campus Sustainability Summit. Submit your presentation proposal by March 16 to receive priority consideration. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis until April 11th.

The Climate Justice Leadership Alliance volunteered and helped keep the the Harvest of All First Nations Corn Festival as zero waste as possible through keeping the recycling and composting streams clean.

We are proud to announce that CU Boulder is an official Host Institution of AASHE’s Global Conference on Sustainability in Higher Education (GCSHE)! We invite you to join us virtually on Oct. 18, Oct. 26, and Nov. 3 at the world’s largest platform for advancing sustainability in higher education and beyond. As a Host Institution, our students, faculty, staff and administrators can all attend for free!
