Dr. Roberto A Rodriguez, Assistant Professor at University of Texas-Health Sciences Center at Houston-School of Public Health, will collaborate with Dr. Rosario in the sunlight photolysis research activity of Project 2.  Roberto has over 10 years of experience in environmental virology, monitoring viruses in the environment and determining the efficiency of disinfection water treatment in inactivating viruses. His current expertise is on the development of molecular assays for the rapid determination of viral viability.
