Dr. Fernando Rosario-Ortiz, Assistant Professor at University of Colorado Boulder, will direct the Sunlight Photolysis research activity of Project 2. Fernando has 12 years of experience conducting research in the areas of DOM characterization and oxidation processes. His current expertise includes environmental photochemistry and impact of different watershed processes on DOM properties and reactivity.
