Lynda Duran serves as the diversity, equity and inclusion program and assessment manager, supporting DEI Impact Grants and providing consulting around inclusive, comprehensive assessment development and analysis. She completed a Ph.D. in higher education at the University of Denver, where her research focused on designing culturally relevant pedagogy and curriculum that integrates students’ cultural skills and knowledge in higher learning. Lynda holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colorado College and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.
