Over the past 20 years Thomas has lived around the world working on projects and activities focused on supporting local initiatives to improve livelihoods and providing humanitarian assistance to people in need. He has led emergency assistance projects in South Sudan, Rwanda, Madagascar, Liberia and Mozambique. He also served as Innovation Advisor working on a range of activities including digital payments and eGovernment initiatives. Thomas is a Boulder native and gets outside as much as possible wherever he is in the world running, biking, and hiking, dragging one of his two kids and and dog with him when he can.
