Students Demand Action is a non partisan group of energized students looking to bring the voices of all students together under one roof. In order for students to make the largest possible impact, we need to band together. Students are turning political and getting involved on a level that has made a difference. Florida has since changed gun laws due to the pressure the kids put on legislation. Let this example teach students that they are not too young to create change. Students Demand Action wants to unify the students of Colorado so that we can enact change here too. A student from Boulder High School said this the day of the student walkouts, “Colorado is the birthplace of the modern day school massacre. This should be where it ends.”
