Lisa Swenerton is responsible for overseeing the wholesale and retail telecommunications and wireless site development business lines that serve the connectivity needs of carriers and enterprises in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Southern California Edison Carrier Solutions (ECS) is a commercial telecommunications service provider delivering value to EIX shareholders, SCE ratepayers and external customers.
Prior to her current role, Swenerton was a managing director at Edison Capital, a subsidiary of Edison Mission Group, with responsibility for the affordable housing business unit, which then included commercial properties in 36 states and represented more than $1 billion in equity investment. She also managed the compliance team responsible for the wind-energy portfolio and served as lead for organizational readiness for the implementation of an enterprise resource planning system.
Before joining Edison Capital, Swenerton worked for EY Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group as management consultant, partnering with clients in developing investment strategies and strategic business plans and in evaluating investment opportunities in the areas of finance, real estate and tax-motivated investments.
Swenerton earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in economics from Washington State University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
