Joshua is a bold, entrepreneurial non-profit leader who envisions and generates profound innovation that transforms organizations and advances mission. He now works as a strategic advisor to offer planning, implementation, and counsel regarding organizational advancement, including program development, fundraising, and brand positioning, to non-profits working in the cultural heritage, public place-making, and community resiliency spaces.

Joshua also co-created the non-profit organization Friends of the High Line to preserve and reuse the historic elevated urban rail line as a public park and cultural destination. He led the strategic planning, board development, fundraising, design, programming, government & community relations, media relations, and online communications. The High Line is now a world-renowned New York City landmark stretching from Gansevoort Street to West 34th Street, and welcomes 7.5 million visitors per year.
