2012-2013: Assistant Director, Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence. Goddard was shot four times during the 2007 shooting at Virginia Tech. He was one of seven out of a class of seventeen to survive the shooting. Now assistant director of federal legislation at the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, Goddard educates others about gun violence and weaknesses in U.S. gun laws.
