Arthur Milikh studies the American political tradition from the founding until today, with a particular emphasis on contemporary political movements. Before joining The Heritage Foundation in 2014, Milikh worked for the House Armed Services Committee and at the Hudson Institute, a conservative think tank. 

He has published articles in a variety of outlets, including National Affairs, Fox News and The Hill. He received a BA degree in political science and philosophy from Emory University, a master’s degree in political theory from the University of Chicago and is a doctoral candidate at the Catholic University of America.
