- The University of Colorado Boulder’s moratorium on in-person, on-campus events has been extended indefinitely.
- CU Boulder has developed guidelines for in-person events so that campus event planners can be prepared if the events moratorium is lifted at any point durig the fall semester. The university will continue to monitor campus and community metrics related to COVID-19 to determine whether and when to lift the events moratorium.
- On Monday, April 27, 2020, the state of Colorado transitioned from “Stay at Home” to “Safer at Home.” This allowed certain businesses that had been closed to reopen with very strict parameters, but recommended that the public stays home except for necessary trips.
- While that order was put in place for the state, Boulder County determined that conditions here made it so that we were not ready for that transition and remained under “Stay at Home” orders. On May 9, 2020, Boulder County enacted “Safer at Home” guidelines. You can learn more about that order here.
