Group therapy is often the treatment of choice for many of the issues that students face. We offer a variety of groups to help students learn new skills, improve interpersonal relationships, and increase self-awareness. By engaging in a group, students often feel more connected and can develop the skills to grow and succeed. These free, confidential groups focus on skill building in specialty topic areas as detailed below.
